At Vixen Curves are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the item is unworn and in its original condition, just as you received it. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for returns due to buyer's remorse. However, in the case of damaged or incorrect items, Vixen Curves will gladly cover the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return or exchange, locate the "start a return" tab. You can find this link in the support menu at the bottom of the page. 

Input your email address and order number then choose the item you want to return and follow the prompts.

Once your return is received we will then issue you a refund. If you would like to process a exchange please follow the same directions as above and a refund will be given to you on a store credit. CANCELLED ORDERS
Most orders can be cancelled by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase. Once the item is shipped out we can not cancel your order. You must wait for your item to arrive to return the product.
   
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost for all returns due to buyers remorse.
   
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
In the event that your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can send a new item or give a full refund. For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of the return shipping fee.
